About
At the grassroots level, nurturing U8 football players is about more than just results; it's about fostering a fun and engaging environment that promotes holistic development. Through enjoyable activities and age-appropriate coaching, we aim to instill a love for the game while prioritizing skill-building, teamwork, and character development. By focusing on the journey rather than just outcomes, we empower young players to grow both on and off the field.

About
I'm deeply passionate about coaching grassroots players at Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools, embracing my role as a woman with full authority and potential. Here, holistic development isn't just for players but for coaches too, facilitated by a carefully structured curriculum tailored to each age group. It's about fostering a supportive environment where everyone thrives, empowering both players and coaches to reach their highest potential and contribute positively to the world of football.

Osho has definitely benefited from his training at BBFS. I judge everything on how keen he is to go to training, and from the start, he has never ever wanted to miss a single session. He is desperate to learn and improve his football all the time, and this framework has given him the opportunity to do that.

Normally, kids in our country get trained only at the individual level at a young age. But at BBFS they get trained to be in a team and they are taught the tactical aspects too. The dev. squad maintains a very high level and the training is also very methodical and many kids may not realize now but most of the things they do are what they do in matches.

BBFS is a great platform for children to learn football. It’s the perfect setting for kids who would want to become professional players. The interaction with the (BBFS) team has been very good as well. They have always cleared all our queries and are available to answer any questions the kids may have.
